Self-Existence

Every individual has their own significance and a unique personality due to some inherent qualities. It is the right of every human being to act or work according to their interest. One has the liberty to choose their profession as per their hobby and passion. We all have the birthright to live happily. The ladder to this is when we understand ourselves. We must be aware of our qualities and abilities to learn more and achieve success in our lives.  We get engaged with so many things and sometimes neglect our own-self. But, we should not forget that ‘ME TIME’ is essential in our daily routine to help us know ourselves. We must spend a moment hearing the inner voice that will make us confident and help us flourish.

Social-Existence

Man is a Social animal. Every individual’s life consists of various roles in different units of society. For example, The father is the head of the family. But he works under his manager in his company. Alongside, many relatives see him as a role model. He is also a great friend to his classmates. He tries to manage all his different positions very sincerely. Similarly, one can fulfill all these responsibilities by understanding and implementing social values. The best formula for this is whatever you expect from others, do the same.

Balanced Personality

Someone has wisely said, “Rights and duties go hand in hand.”  Likewise, Self and Society both are equally important. Sacrificing or avoiding any of these existences will not lead to a good and healthy life. Mental Health is a common complication nowadays. When someone ignores their interest due to peer or family pressure, it becomes a kind of mental stress. Alternatively, If someone avoids friends, neighbors, or relatives for their interest, it also becomes a cause of unethical behavior that leads to mental issues. Furthermore, it can be a reason for aggressive behavior. The theory of Existentialism by Jean-Paul Sartre states that With total freedom comes total responsibility,”  It is necessary to balance our mind and body to balance between self and society.  With a balanced personality, each individual can contribute to the community by making it happier and more peaceful.
